Membership is the foundation. Every new member strengthens our hand in negotiations, ballots, and at every meeting with management.

Talk to a colleague
The most powerful organising tool is a one-to-one conversation. Tell someone else about the union, what we do and what we can do together.

Attend a branch meeting
Come and see what we’re working on. Meetings are open to all members and are the place where branch discussions happen and decisions get made.

Become a rep
Reps are the core of what makes a branch powerful. If you want to go beyond attending and start shaping what happens, becoming a rep is the most direct way. Write to us to become a rep in your Department.
