We have union reps in 28 Departments across the University. Reps help ensure that colleagues within their department or area know how to connect with the union and with each other. They are often the first point of contact when colleagues want to talk about workplace issues or ask questions about union activity. Access caseworker support

If you are having a problem at work and need support from a caseworker, please fill out our confidential casework form. Our caseworker drop-ins normally take place at the same time and via the same link every 2 weeks and is an opportunity to meet directly with a branch caseworker to discuss workplace concerns.

Become a caseworker! The branch had 120+ cases this past year and we recruited six new caseworkers to deal with that increased load. We definitely need more caseworkers, so if you are interested, write to us to let us know. We are always running training workshops, so we will help you feel ready.
